Marvin was found at the end of last summer. Late at night on our way home, we spotted a small kitten, no more than two months old, sitting in the middle of the road. It didn’t move as we approached, so I got out of the car to check on him. When he noticed me, he ran into the bushes. With the help of a friend, we managed to trap him and bring him into the car. Despite being thin and covered in fleas, he seemed okay. We named him Marvin, as Marvin Gaye was playing on the radio at the time. Unable to return him as there were no homes nearby, and unsure of where he came from, Marvin became part of our family.
