Popeye

Popeye

Popeye was discovered by a tourist and taken to a vet, who presented three options: a splint, support bandage, or surgery. The tourist contacted us to foster Popeye, offering to cover the vet and fostering expenses. Upon examination by our vet, it was determined that Popeye had lost all feeling in his leg, which couldn’t be saved. For his well-being, the decision was made to amputate the leg. We informed the potential adopter, but unfortunately, it fell through due to financial constraints. Consequently, Popeye remains with us and has successfully undergone the amputation surgery.
